User feedback

We talked about this already in one of the escience meetings (*the* one actually): It would be nice to have a quiet save button in the editor, which allows to save the post one is writing before publishing it. Right now, I am saving every now and then when writing a lengthy post -- thereby spamming the recently updated list :(
